Release Waiver
Dear Parents of Deeper Students,
We are looking forward to our Deeper trip to Prescott Pines! We are very excited about the tremendous group of students and leaders planning to attend!
Here are the time details for our trip:
Friday, June 25th
4:30 – Students and leaders to arrive and load the vans and trailer at DSCC
5:30 – Pray over our trip and depart for Prescott Pines
Sunday, June 27th
7:00pm – Arrive back at DSCC
The above waiver needs to be completed, signed and turned in as your student arrives at the church on Friday, June 25th in order for him/her to be allowed to go on the trip.
On the way to and from the camp we will be stopping at fast food restaurants so you will need to provide your student with at least enough spending money to cover both of those meals. While at the camp there will be a couple of times when the snack shop will be open as well, so they may want some money for that as well.
I have also included a packing list to help you plan on what to bring on the trip as well as a parent information sheet including contact information for the camp and some of the sponsors. Please take note of the important departure and arrival information included in these pages.
Please join with us in praying for God’s blessing and for safety as we serve at the camp. We will also be having Bible study sessions, so pray for God to impart His wisdom on the students in attendance.

We will be returning home from the mission trip on Sunday, June 27th. We should arrive at DSCC at 7pm. Students will have access to a cell phone on the way home to let you know when we’re getting close.
